2. Information we process
- Identity and contact details: name, email, telephone number and delivery address.
- Order, delivery and payment-method information.
- Customer-service messages, complaints and requests.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP addresses, server logs and cookies.
We do not receive or store full payment-card details. They are entered in Mollie’s secure payment environment.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Processing and delivering orders: performance of a contract.
- Payment records and accounting: contract performance and legal obligations.
- Customer support, complaints and protection of legal claims: contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests.
- Website security and fraud prevention: legitimate interests.
- Analytics and marketing tools: consent where required.
4. Recipients
We share only the information necessary with fulfilment and delivery partners, Mollie for online payments, hosting and email providers, and accounting, legal or public authorities where required. After consent, Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may receive data through analytics and marketing tools.
5. Retention
Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by law, generally up to 10 years. Complaint records and related communication are kept as needed to resolve claims, generally no longer than five years. Technical logs are kept only as long as necessary for security and operation. Consent-based data is processed until consent is withdrawn or the relevant retention period ends.
6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
If a service provider processes information outside the EU/EEA, we use a lawful transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority.

9. Analytics, advertising and updates
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand website use and Meta Pixel to measure advertising and improve campaign relevance.
